Whitney Boin workmanship is warranted against defects in materials for a period of ten years from date of purchase. WB will repair or replace without charge, at our options, any such defective parts within the limits of the warranty.  This warranty applies to components of your jewelry that were manufactured by Whitney Boin, Inc and does not apply to any diamonds or precious stones not provided by Whitney Boin, Inc. The warranty does not apply to jewelry damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, or neglect.

This warranty is void if you Whitney Boin jewelry has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the Whitney Boin Studio.  We disclaim any liability for consequential damages for breach of any written or implied warranty of this jewelry.

If your Whitney Boin jewelry should require service, please follow these steps:

• Mail jewelry using the United States Postal Service

• Send by insured and registered mail service

• Enclose $45.00 check or money order for shipping/ins

• Enclose original warranty coupon if available

• Enclose original receipt to validate purchase date

• Enclose explanation of problem with the jewelry

• Package jewelry carefully
