All repairs and services are performed exclusively by Whitney Boin Studios.

If your Whitney Boin jewelry should require service, please follow these steps:

• Mail jewelry using the United States postal service
• Send by registered mail service and insured
• Enclose $45.00 check or money order for shipping/ins
• Enclose original warranty coupon if available
• Enclose original receipt to validate purchase date
• Enclose explanation of problem with the jewelry
• Package jewelry carefully
