For over Forty years Whitney Boin has built a brand manufacturing his own original designs. Each engagement ring is engineered to securely feature your center stone. Because a Whitney Boin setting is custom made to your individual diamond specification production starts once we receive your stone.
Can I set my own diamond in a Whitney Boin setting?
Yes, you can use a diamond you already own. Call us first and ship your diamond to us using an insured priority label provided by Whitney Boin.
What if my diamond is in another setting?
If your diamond is in another setting, please send the ring with the diamond complete. Whitney Boin will unset your stone, return the original setting or, if you prefer we will credit the material from the old ring towards the purchase of the new ring.
Do I pay for the setting before sending my stone?
It is not necessary to prepay before sending your diamond to Whitney Boin. When we receive your diamond we
will confirm receipt of your diamond, diamond size, finger size, ring style, precious metal and preferred finish. Once
all the information is confirmed Whitney Boin will send you an order confirmation and an invoice for payment due.
What if I don’t have a diamond?
Whitney Boin can assist you with the purchase of a diamond based on your budget. Purchase your stone at your favorite retailer and have the retailer ship your diamond to us.
How does my stone get in the Whitney Boin setting?
Once we confirm the estimated value of your diamond, a Whitney Boin insured label is emailed to you with shipping instructions.

Can I get my ring in a different metal?
Each Whitney Boin piece is available in platinum and yellow/white/rose 18K gold.
How do I know if my Whitney Boin ring is authentic?
Look for the stamped Whitney Boin signature with copyright inside ring, visible under 10x magnification.
Repairs/Sizing
How do I ship my diamond ring for repair?
Contact Whitney Boin for a Federal Express Insured shipping label or send via USPS registered and insured.
One of my small diamonds is cloudy or missing?
Diamond damaged cracked by impact look cloudy and should be replaced before they become loose or missing.
I have a Whitney Boin ring that needs to be sized?
All repairs are shipped directly to Whitney Boin Studio, 42 Warburton Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701.
Can my local jeweler repair my Whitney Boin ring?
Local jewelers are not authorized to size or repair Whitney Boin rings. Whitney Boin rings are engineered to a standard of excellence, to protect your investment and rings integrity, all modifications are done exclusively by Whitney Boin.
